Upon writing this devotion, and looking back, we see that God was directing our path --leading the way the entire time. It is remarkable the people that God handpicked and placed in our lives over the course of this journey -- all in His perfect timing. Some people have come and gone, only here for the short leg of the journey. While others we somehow know will be with us for a lifetime. This has been an adventure that we have not taken lightly. We have discovered that the very prayers we were praying and the actions we were taking based on God's wisdom and guidance (even in the hardest times and when it didn't make sense), that God really was moving mountains and making a way. He often uses ordinary people like our family and yours to accomplish His will, even while still giving us all freedom of choosing. He can take what we have and add the increase if we are willing to trust Him with the reins and follow His lead. "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you."
